While mapping the work to be completed on any project we tend to overlook the specific details and the SS we just completed was no exception. Some of the important details were either missing or consumed with corrosion. I was fortunate enough to have an unmolested SS sitting three cars away that ultimately became our “go to” for just about everything.
In some instances you are fortunate enough to reach out to someone who has done it before and is able to share the experience with you as a fellow restorer. This is where sites like the Alfa Romeo BB group, the Alfa Romeo 750/101 yahoo group and my favorite, the British publication of the Giuliettaletta becomes sites for much needed insights.
